Traditional Moroccan couscous is a small natural pasta that absorbs large amounts of flavor but remains extremely light and fluffy when cooked. With origins in the Maghreb region, this traditional cooked-wheat African food resembles small balls that are made with unenriched durum semolina wheat. Not to be confused with pearl couscous, traditional couscous is smaller in size and prepared by steaming. Served in our iconic transparent container, this Tri-Color Couscous has a delicate texture and a distinguished flavor and is perfect for any culinary endeavors.

We only use natural ingredients—the highest-quality couscous, tomato powder, spinach powder, and annatto and alfalfa extracts for color—that are free of preservatives, additives, and GMOs.
